Live-action adaptation of Disney’s 1937 animated film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Following comments from Peter Dinklage claiming that the original film portrayed dwarfs in a negative light, Disney announced on January 25, 2022, that they would approach the characters differently, while also consulting with members of the dwarfism community. Many fans of the original, including Dylan Postl, pointed out that many of Dinklage’s remarks were incorrect. First, he said that dwarves did not live in a cave.
